Very quiet tiny L/R pony

Am looking for a tiny first pony for my 1 year old daughter. Need not be show quality as we have a 2yr old sec. a for that job when the time comes.
Just want very small pony (any breed) that is happy to be cuddled brushed etc. - no nippy ponies please!
Dead quiet on L/R on roads, grass, with farm traffic etc. O.A.P. not objected to.
Loan or buy - prefer able to live out.
Super loving farm home for right pony - we are in N.E. England. Sale or loan.

i av a welsh a 12 years old ,not top class but is very nice looking and has won lr s at more local level. but good boy to handle ect for sale £1000,
