Billy the cat went missing last Wednesday and has just turned up very thin, very weak, but he is eating, drinking and purring, god knows where he has been as he never goes away from the house or yard, we feel he must have been stuck somewhere. He is old so just glad he is home.

Animals never cease to amaze me with their homing instinct, I'm still waiting for my little call duck to come home, he will, when he cant find food elsewhere! Last week whilst judging someone told me the year before a horse dumped someone in the ring, jumped out and hightailed it the four miles home! I'm glad your cat is home, I've spent hours myself trying to find ours when they've disappeared, but they always turn up on their own, usually starving hungry and have been wounded from fighting!!
