As above. We can not run both classes so would like to know which one would be better received. My thoughts are to go with the winter ones but not sure which are more popular. We WILL be holding the pure novice and also intermediate and open riddens. OR do we not hold the intermediates and run both novice classes and an open? Please help Once i have this sorted i will be sending the schedule off to the NPS for their proofing and will then be ready to send out. Thanks muchly

Thank you Forester. Dont worry we have lots of workers classes Juniors, Starter Stakes, Novice, Int and Opens I would like to run both of the novice ridden classes but after speaking to the office there is no way we can run them concurrently and given the time taken to run the ridden classes last time i need to pick one or the other.

Thats a shame. We will be holding 2 next season probably around the similar sort of dates. So towards the end of May and the beginning of September. I haven't got my rule book to hand it is in the office at the yard so can't tell you the exact heights but it will be within the Min/max heights set by the NPS.

Thanks will try to come next year . Daughter wants to have a try at workers next year but pony is a shetland . Will have to pinch my mums rule book and look it up . If it would stop raining she may be able to do a few clear rounds and mini jumping locally this year .

We will be running some clear round days also over the winter on our sand arena with our workers fences so that may be of help to you. We do also have a arena XC clear round day with our workers fences on 4th August with a few small solid fences but if you would like to come and just have a play around them and maybe if she feels confident enough to try some of the solid ones they are no bigger than 2ft. Might be a good way to get her out an about without the pressure of a show.

What a shame we can't make 2nd either - clashes with reu=run of Derbushire Festival so last chance for HOYS! Clear round days sound wonderful and will definately try and make the 4th as a warm up for Equifest. Are you the lovely people who put on the NPS show in May in Surrey? If so I know local showing people want to support you again, if you do decide to put on another show in Spring do check with any of us re clashing dates with qualifiers so we can avoid it! Would be great if you could do one about March time with BSPS Winter Champs qualifiers. Good Luck.

Thanks Barmy Charmy clear round days sound good . Cant do 4th of August either as a local show that was cancelled earlier on is on that day . Normally we dont do much in August but with so many shows cancelled this year there seems to be something most weekends .

Glad you think we were lovely We will try as hard as we can to make sure we dont clash with anything but as with any event we know we cant get a date to suit everyone. If all you lovely people would like to PM me with dates that would be free that would be very helpful as im sure most of you know showing isn't normally my thing so am unsure where and when all qualifiers are. March may be a no go as far as dates and things are concerned as there is a lot going on around then for the farm what with RC Mock Hunts, My drag pack also meet at the farm and we are limited with help in March as it is right in the middle of the team chasing season and my bosses hubby and I are trawling all over the country for these events. Can you let me know if the showing fraternity rough their horses off for the winter or do you continue to compete as we could run some winter classes between November to February if you dont.
