I have booked one but they send no proof of purchase. So i suppose you just pitch up and they tell you where you are. They should send out a voucher saying night you have paid for.

I too have been trying to get in touch with NPS office this week. I have sent several e-mails and received no reply and also tried many times to call with no luck. I have been sent a brown lorry pass and usually its a yellow lorry pass for the WHP stables which I have stated I require on entry form. Does anyone know if this will matter if I want to park by the WHP stables?

Last year we had a stable booked for one night (the night before his class). We decided to drive up on the day in the end and planned to put the pony in the booked stable after his class so we could enjoy the rest of the show without worrying about him fretting on/by the trailer. However we discovered that stables would only be allocated during the course of the evening of the night they were booked for so, even though we'd paid for ours, we were unable to use it as we didn't want it overnight.

You won't get through, through e-mail & phoning isn't much use either! Yes you can buy upon arrival

On NPS Facebook page, the NPS are asking people to ring the office from 8.30 - 4.30 as they can not guarantee stables on arrival! I shall be phoning from 8.30 onwards, I havent been able to get through all last week, I am hoping that they are putting more staff towards answering the telephone or getting back to peoples messages! I would have entered online but couldnt get it to work and couldnt then get through to the office to rectify the problem, so then I thought I would enter on the day but even that is proving fraught! reminder to myself enter on paper before initial closing date!

Thank you NPS - I have had a call today at about 5.30 apologising for not getting back sooner answering my query about the brown pass. They are obviously working very hard.
Looking forward to a great week at Malvern!!

I bought my stable on line and it didn't give you the choice of asking for a brown pass so i am going to give them a ring today.

Hi
Yes he told me not to worry about having a brown pass - just enter by yellow gate if you want WHP stables.
