My lower leg is weak, I have been working on it for a while now, I backed my 4yo and continued to work on it, it's so much better, not perfect but better in the walk and trot. But is weak in the canter and jumping. In canter it moves with my pony when it's supposed to stay still, in the jump it slides right back. Since backing my 4yo its gone worse, but now that Magic is becoming more balanced and is coming together I want to start working on myself.
I do alot of bareback and non-stirrups work but can anyone give me any exercises to help stregthen and perfect my lower leg please?

Not 100% sure if this is correct but a friend of mine had a lower leg that used to swing and she purchased some straps that attached from her stirrup iron to the girth, think they were velcro so came apart in an emergency... Will ask her but your best option will be to get a good instructor to guide you x

Definitely an instructor. I very good tip given to me by a dressage trainer, was to put weight into your little toes. This stabilises the lower leg - it was abit of a light bulb moment for me. A good saddle is also very important and also stirrups that are the correct length. In dressage the angle behind the knee should be 45 degrees, too many peple ride too long and have to reach for their stirrups cconstantly. Jumping stirrups are often alot shorter for top riders too, I put mine up five holes for XC and four for SJ from my flat length which is really helping me too keep my leg stable when jumping.
Without stirrups and bareback like you're doing is also very beneficial.
