Name and Shame

This rant is about someone who has ripped off the owner of my livery yard. They eventually left but owed hundreds of pounds. They gave a cheque but it bounced!! pure scum because apparently this is not the first time they have done this. There should be a way of warning other livery yards about frauders like this because they have split their horses onto two yards, and will no doubt do it again.

I own a livery yard and i was ripped off last year by someone i called a "friend" for over 10 yrs. He left when i was out at a show and its been a nightmare trying to get the money back. I warned other livery yards in the area, he went about 10 miles away to another yard and after a few months did the same to them. He had 2 options, pay the money and nothing more said, dont pay and i will blacklist you to everyone that knows him, it ended up with the 2nd option. No morals or sense of decency, the pathetic scumbag

Go on then! Name them! Its strange but I have a feeling I know who this is ;-) At least reveal the area where they are located. I have an axe to grind with the person I'm thinking of

It's amazing how many scumbags do this. I now always phone the yard potential new liveries are coming off to get a reference. Surprising how often people have large bills outstanding and at least the YO's are thankful for the tip off that their clients are planning a moonlight flitting!
