I entered my section c for the BSPS CHAMPS this week, het class on thurs. a week before entries shut she lost her shoe and went lame, so we refrained from entering till we knew he was sound. On the Friday before the entries sh1t my mum emailed BSPS to see if the extended entr date was true, which it was and they okayed us to enter. We sent the entries in with my friend.
She then received her numbers Friday just gone, we didn't recieve ours but thought that they would come saturday as not everyone gets them on the same day. We didn't reciev them but due to showing we couldnt ring on Saturday or Sunday, so rung today to find out that our entries had not been received. So i rung up to try sort things out. I spoke to 4 different people, the first 3 kind an understanding but the last one a complete and utter cow. She got very arsey with me- I was keeping my cool and been calm but she was saying thing like "Your ANIMAL is not registered with the British show pony society. Therefor I cant and won't help you, I think you'll find if you read page 78 of the schedule under the class number it says code N. code n means, if you read the rules a the front, that's the animals, rider and owne must be a member to participate." she did not say it nicely, she sneered down the phone and her tone was superior and just... Arsey!!!! After another half an hour trying to sort things out, she kept repeating the same thing and just been throughly nasty. Yes it's our fault for not reading the rules but the page that stated 'Code N' was 30 pages after and showed nothing to suggest what code N Was. Decided to give up as got no-where with her, so said thank you for her time. Got a curt 'bye' and a dead line. Not too fussed as about the entry thing as was our fault, but what's the need for her attitude?!
