hi our sp has got a sensitve mouth and we ride in a happymouth or a metal bit with bit wrap, in a single joint , but she has recently learnt that she can bite the bit , she has had her teeth done , bit is in correct , dont realy want to use flash in the ring, she goes well on the bit and it more of a habit when bored, any ideas , we have different bit and she does in them all.

Try a KK Ultra loose ring with a lozenger roller works wonders can get them off eBay cheaper than RRP price our fell is the same so we have tried and tested one and it's fantastic.

my friend school sher horse with a flash on (he goes round with his tongue over the bit, chewing it, mouth open etc without it ... but she leaves it off at a show and he is starting to get much better!

Happy Mouth's are renowned for causing horse's to "mouthe" on them, they're very dry and can cause chaffing, contrary to what their name suggests. If a horse chews them they can also get quite sharp and need replacing regularly.
I read your post to mean that you also use a single jointed metal bit wrapped in bit wrap. I'd suggest trying a lozenge bit, such as the sprenger suggested, although if you don't want to spend that sort of money you could trial one from the Horse bit bank first. Neue Schule make similar, or if you just want to try one there are cheaper makes out there too. Many horse's object to the nutcracker created by a single jointed bit.

thanks for replys , i do replace them or bind the damaged part , going try a multi joint bit, she doesnt get her tongue over and i dont think she is objecting against the nutcracker.

My mare was in a happy mouth and she could eat her way through one one a hack. had teeth done still did it, she funny with her mouth and panics with tight nose band, she is now is a copper jointed loose ring snaffle but i thick one and she has been fine in that shes also ok with french link copper one
