Going to put our tardis up for sale at the end of the month, but no harm in checking in the meantime if there is anyone out there who is looking for a swap. Tardis is a 6t Renault Dodge which has a side ramp and takes 2 horses facing forward. Day living, but we have had 6 people sleeping in it at RHS by utilising the horse area as well as the Luton. Mechanically sound. MOT due June 2013. Bodywork a bit jaded but it's safe - had extensive welding done for MOT this year. Ramp is manageable by one person with muscles (I can manage it on a good day!) but often needs 2 people just for the final inch! Have managed to get out a few showgrounds this year on our own while others have been getting towed. ;D Looking for a 7.5t which has capacity to carry 3 ponies. Would prefer it to have living already fitted but, if lorry was newer, then would look at something with no living. Located west Scotland so something up north preferred.

sorry just seen the reg number! what price you looking for? It has been to a weighbridge but I'm not sure if we still have certificate - from memory (OH is sleeping so I don't want to wake him) it's around 4.6t unladen.....we will however get it re-weighed prior to selling as I wouldn't want to mislead anyone. Will be looking for offers around £4k

I'll take some pics over the weekend and send them. OH has dug out weighbridge cert and it is 4240 kgs ETA - didn't manage to get pics at the weekend. Will be clearing it out in a couple of weeks so will get some pics then, but it's a workhorse just now so not tidy enough to take some Can take some of the outside/horse areas in the meantime if that's enough?

Sorry to anyone interested in lorry, I've been unable to get pics lately between weather being rubbish and waiting to get lorry battery changed. That's now been done so, depending on whether the rain stops for 5 mins or so, I'll try to get photos sorted soon.

We have 7.5t wagon stalled for four, living space etc. We are in co Durham. Its bit older than yours but excellent condition and has always been mega reliable. Un fortunately I can not drive it as passed test after 1996 so have had to rely on husband. We have wagon parked up and sorned at present as we had to give up showing and endurance,at the end of 2011, due to husbands ill health. At last plating had advisory for kingpin but otherwise was fine. Always been well maintained. It is C Reg Ford Cargo. I have been toying with idea of trying to swap for a trailer but I believe my licence would allow me to drive smaller box.

If you have a post-1997 licence, then it would be a 3.5t you would need. We're really not looking for anything older than ours anyway, but thanks for the details. Still not done anything about getting pics as I'm in two minds as to whether we will hang on to it for another year now.
