Have now relaxed and allowed him to go out all the time by leaving window open, unless weather is really fowl. But the last few days hes gone back to somtimes weeing on my bean bag or my clothes and not staying out for long, hes quite a thug so am not sure what has gone on am worring. is this normal. Hes my baby especially as no more FM and want best for him, thanks to new job am out a longer day, but this was 5 months ago I buy toys and treats all the time.

Is there another tom cat nearby? Could he be getting picked on outside? Could be a bit of a territory battle going on.
Or it may just be because the weather is getting colder and he prefers to pee in comfort!
If he wees indoors, try spraying something like citronella after you have cleaned up, if he can smell even the slightest trace he will go back to the same spot. Do you still have a litter tray? It might be worth the inconvenience of a litter tray to save your clothes!

like milliesmum said, he could be getting bullied by another cat and thats why he is urinating in the house. you could try something called a feliway diffuser. it releases a pheremone which the mum releases to her kittens to make them feel secure. you can buy them at ur vets and they can help with lots of problems such as spraying, fear of fireworks, stress etc etc. ps if you are worried about him going out, make sure he is castrated if he hasnt been as this will prevent him straying as far in his hunt for the ladies!! plus get him id chipped so you know if he is ever found lost or hurt then someone can trace him back to you. hope this helps xx
