KJ I am not thinking of the Calories and my excess weight until the end of this month, to many days at the Auction and away from home to diet properly, and 7lbs is totally allowed and acceptable whilst on your Hols.

Struggling to post using my phone as lucia has locked the ipad and cant remember the code she put in.wish i was going to hoys i have booked the time off work but did not think i could afford to go. I did not have any one to go with. Its too late to get a ticket now.

Hello Cheetham, nice to see you back I have put on 7lb's too  After doing so well on the diet im struggling to get back on it. Last night Lucy bought a tin of quality street, now they are all gone, then I had a bounty and 2 enormous cookies!! Tomorrow out cubbing im going to stride along and hope some calories fall by the wayside |

Brindle calories are the spawn of the devil - 7lb in 2 weeks is just soooooo not fair  It might be to do with me drinking loads of lager for medical reasons(to prevent dehydration) or the fact that there was the most delicious Italian restaurant that served up the most delicious pasta with salmon/prawns/fillet steak in a cream sauce for about £7!!!! With an offer like that it would be rude not to accept but look where health consciousness and good manners got me  |

Im back on it tomorrow with a vengeance, got skittles on saturday night and a buffet  , thank goodness they don't have food at cubbing meets as i've been out 4 times in 10 days, all those yummy sandwiches,cakes,sausages etc would have gone down a treat!!! |

Evening all Just spent all evening cooking for mum and dad who are still not fit enough to do it - kitchen looks like a bomb's gone off and I am knackered!! KT I am going to HOYS on Wednesday - will have to meet up sorry KJM, will miss you Off to clean now lol x |

Morning all
Back on my diet too today lol. I put 3lbs on whilst on my hols, and another 4lbs on last week eating comfort food cos I was back off my hols lol. Oh well, if it took 2 weeks to go on hopefully will only take 2 weeks to come off. Don't think I can face the REALLY EXTREME diet again though just yet, just going to cut down on carbs and crap and see where that gets me.
Very cold here this morning, winter is inbound!
Wish I was going to HOYS, never been but would love to go and shop for the day lol.

Bright and breezy here at the moment and I'm wondering whether to put things out on the washing line - hate a rewash because things have ended up on the lawn. Storm pegs, grrrr! Have a good outing Brindle. Holidays are bad for the waistline I've discovered. Two weeks putting on, months getting off |
