i have done a full clip today on my mare and someone mentioned using hot oil to bring out the condition and shine out on her coat does anyone have any advice  |

If they are healthy, if you wash with warm water and get rid of all the crap, she should be shiny beneath!
I clipped mine yesterday, coat looked average before, but she is SO glowing now and i havnt even bathed her!

she is all ready glowing just wanted something to condition her fur the same way we condition our own hair,

I clipped at weekend, and i hot cloth with warm water with a cap of hibiscrub in when im done and then go over again, and i hot cloth every couple of days.
Try adding sunflower oil to feed and hot clothing and rug up well.

I find if you put a tablespoon of pig oil in a bucket of hot water and wipe the coat that makes them shine.
