I am looking to invest in some good strong internal stabling. There are so many companies offering a variety of styles - can anyone recommend a firm;comment on delivery times and service. I need them for Welsh Cobs.Thinking of an 8 box set up.Any advice greatfully received?

We have just done the same exercise, we wanted 4 to fit into one of our big barns. My advise would be ask everone to quote as we got quotes from about 10 different companies and the prices varied a great deal (by £1500!!) for roughly the same thing.
As luck would have it we found 4 on ebay not that far from us which we bought and made quite a good saving on, the biggest job was getting them collected and put back up!! Took 3 Burley men due to the weight of them!! However they went up at the weekend and I'm really really pleased with them, they were an excellant investment!!

We have just ordered 13 from Cheval Liberte who are based near Corwen in North Wales. We went to their site to see the boxes the timber is 45mm thick and treated as standard, another Company we were thinking of using charged extra for treatment and their timber was only 35mm in thickness, so though the Cheval Liberte seemed more expensive initially they actually werent by the time you added on the cost of treating the timber. The are very strong boxes - we have ridden M&Ms mainly welsh bar the odd Connie and Exmoor so we wanted tough hard wearing boxes. The Co have been brilliant to deal with and also given us a very good deal on rubber matting too.
