I've had a PM from a member who appears to being taken to a rather risque site when she tries to access the Junior Lounge. Is this happening to anyone else? It seems fine when I click the section link, but I'm not sure why or how this could happen. If you're accessing this area without any issues, please say so below so I can try to work out if it's an isolated problem. Thank you.  |

I'm not entirely sure how it is happening as yet, but I know she is accessing it from her phone. I have asked how it is happening but thought it worth starting a thread in the meantime to make sure it's not happening to more than her......it's not a site we want junior members to be directed to!  |

Its when I click the link to the junior area it takes me to that site. It could be a fault on my phone but its happened more than once and I didn't want to just ignore it and leave it with it being the junior lounge!! Xx

I just clicked the link on my phone and it took me to a website which my phone 'blocked' and redirected me to the home page of horsegossip, if i go through the home page its fine its just when i click the bit at the top of a thread, so i decided to reply on laptop as it froze my phone up!

Mmmn, and your phone may have blocked it if you have some kind of parental controls on it. Maybe there's a glitch somewhere. Are you using the mobile phone app, or just accessing HG using a browser on your phone? |

It was trying to use pop ups which is why it was blocked, i dont have any parental controls, just using the browser on my phone.

Yes this happened to me a couple of nights ago too - I was also on my phone and just assumed I'd accidentally clicked on an ad at the top of the page but I really don't think I had I'm sure I'd clicked on a thread properly. But I was in bed, tired, dark and my phone is very sensitive so wasn't sure either way. It wasn't in the Jr Lounge though - don't go in there.
My Mac has lots of security on it for the children but I guess my phone doesn't but it was a very very very dodgy site.

I clicked on junior lounge a few days ago and a horrible website popped up..
It was only once, but other than that it hasn't happened again.

Funnily enough I have had one pop up a few nights ago. Wasn't on the junior lounge though as I don't look in there and I couldn't get it off my phone either. I had to close my internet and start it up again. Just thought I had clicked something I shouldn't have. :-(

Tonight mine keeps popping up with I've won an iPad which it won't let me close I have to crash my phone- had it 3 times tonight and I definitely haven't clicked on anything I was just reading about rats and it keeps interrupting me. There is definitive some glitches on here this week

Ive had pop ups saying ive won things when tryong to access hg on my phone. mine is a htc desire. Only ever haooened on my phone and only when trying to access hg.

i have noticed when ever i click on any topics or even reply or anything i get a site poppingup,it seems to be a survey about proboards? but thing is iv filled it in but still keep getting the same thing happening
