Beggars belief that anyone can do this to a foal, needs reporting to the RSPCA, and what is it doing on a housing estate?

Tragically it makes this baby seem a lovely cuddly toy! Surely someone can recognise where this pony is as you say its in a housing estate and there is a van behind which may give a clue. All the tack seems new.

Please don't buy it, that will only encourage them to do it again. Report it to the RSPCA instead.

As much as I, like the rest of you would want to rush and buy the poor young mite, from a short and tough life, it wouldn't help the many others that also suffer this abuse on a daily basis. If it is reported then there is certain possibility that it will be someone from associates from travelling community based on housing estates and unlikely that the RSPCA could do much when this is just the norm for them whom have no understanding that this is wrong or cruel due to their ignorance and arrogance of whom have no place for compassion for any living animals.
Better for him that someone buys him but you can guarantee a few weeks/months on their will drag another one from somewhere and it will be on your screen the same.
