Why do people say they want to buy something and then never send the money ! or even bother to answer a P M to them asking if they had changed their mind - I find this quite rude.

Some people are very strange!
I once had something on ebay that had a lot of bids and the winning buyer bid several times in the last few minutes.
Immediately after the auction ended the winning buyer emailed me saying they couldn't afford to pay.. Why bid then!!
