All 2012 members are now being sent the Christmas mail out (should all be posted by the end of the week)
This includes the 2013 membership renewal forms & a very good discount offer from Derby House Saddlery which must be used by 31st December.
There is also a voucher offer for money off purchase if you renew your membership by 31st January & return the completed voucher to the office.
The Spring Spectacular schedule is also included in the mailing.

All 2012 members have now been mailed (final ones going in post today on my way to do my ponies!)
2013 new members (yes we have already had a few join!) will go in the post later today.
Please note the office will be closed until Monday 17th December & I look forward to having loads of mail to open when I start work again!
If anyone has not yet sent their photos/adverts for the YEARBOOK it is not too late - send them ASAP and any points cards as well (not as many returned this year so even if you only got a few points it will be worth sending them in) - lovely rosettes to 6th place with animal's name & owner/rider's name gold blocked on the tails.

I will be joining again NCPA shows are fab and great for the little kids and the only society that you can save money on if you are a member and pre enter there shows.
looking forward to seeing the spring show schedule .

bigmama - did you not know that I am the specially designated Santa's little helper for NCPA? Actually not sure about the little & as with Santa's other little helpers it does seem to be a year round 24/7 kind of job!

wishiwasrich - No sorry - had to cut some things to fit back into one day & it is not an official BSPS championship. There is for the Open though & they go through to EP. (& for NCPA reg if you do those classes)

Oh forgot to ask, janet, how and where do I send my photo's for the yearbook? Do we have to have won something at the final (i didn't manage to go) or is it just winning at any of your shows throughout the year?

pimms'o'clock - any photo you want to send from any show is fine (or from the field, lesson, beach whatever!)
Please send them to the office address - if you email gensec@thencpa.co.uk I can attach an application form if you don't have one - but off on holiday Monday so please email before tomorrow night if you need the form again.
If all else fails just write all the detaails (Pony name, breed, sire, dam, Rider, owner, breeder & a short bit about what you have done /achieved this season)

owston - last posted Thursday (2nd class) so if you don't get them by Monday/Tuesday you had better email office with your details, but please remember office closed for 2 weeks - reopens Monday 17th December.
