My daughter has sticks for legs. Her calves are 31 cms wide which are narrower than narrow!. We want to get her some new country boots but we struggle to find some which dont have huge gap at the top which allows the rain in. She doesnt want the type with the lace effect up the side. What makes do people recommend for stick insects?!

I have the Harry Hall boots and having lost weight recently I had a gap at the side, so bought some fluffy leopard print welly socks off eBay, they were only a fiver. No soggy feet!

I have the Dubarrys my calf measurement is 32 cms, they are slightly gappy round the tops, however you can tighten the laces a bit
