Anybody know the make of long black leather riding boots that have that additional leather strap just below the knee?

Garter straps? It's more difficult now to find boots being made with them as more and more makers seem to be making the dressage cut boots instead. Regent make them the Cotswold model with garter straps.

Long leather boots with the garter strap you are describing are available from Brogini - they come with the flat top top the boots i e not the dressage style. If you google them and contact them direct they will supply what you want.

Equitector make a showing boot that has the more traditional straight top that can have garter straps attached, they can be made to measure aswell.
