Snuggy Hoods Petticoat Rug

Has anyone bought a Snuggy Petticoat Rug ? Are they any good?
I'm having trouble finding a reasonably priced pony size hoodless lycra rug and was wondering if this would do the same job

I have 2 and think for the price they are very good. Easy to pop in the wash and dries quickly, and seem to keep the worst of the dirt off. Obviously, they are not 'figure hugging' like a lycra body, but I quite like them
