His name was 'laddie' I bought him approx 6 years ago, as rising 4 and unbroken with no papers. he is around 15hh, 4 white socks and a star. In this time, i had him backed and professionally schooled. he had the high knee action of the hackney . he was a very strong and bargey horse when he wanted to be and could be dominant (used to charge at you in the field). However when he was good he was a fantastic ride. Werent entirely sure of his history but believed he was mistreated at some point. he ended up going to a dealer out wisbech/yarmouth way in may the following year, as i had completely lost my confidence with him and felt at the time i would not be able to show him off myself for a prospective buyer. My mum wanted shot of him also as frequently we were told that this horse was 'dangerous'. he really needed a firm confdent owner, and at that time i was neither. he was advertised in the local free ads by this dealer for £2000 (approx), and as having 'event potential'/ teenagers fun horse'. This may be a complete stab in the dark, but i often wonder what happened to him and if he ever did come right. maybe someone out there may know of him? i300.photobucket.com/albums/nn8/beccylg6/24112008_004.jpg"][/img]
