Hello!
Thought i'd introduce myself before I started posting, think I recognise some of you from other forums anyway
I'm 21 from Leicestershire, and up until April 2012 I was a groom. I left my job as sole charge of a private event yard in Oxfordshire to become manager/administrator/anything else I need to be at a vocational training centre in the east midlands.
I have one horse of my own, and his name is Major. I've had him since 2010, and I got him as a 5yo out the field having raced as a 2-3yo. I re-backed him and brought him on to sell, then cried a bit over the thought of doing so and I still have him now
We've done a bit of everything, and I've had a few 'second' horses whilst I've owned him. However in 2012 he was diagnosed with mild KS (after his behaviour under saddle became dangerous) so had May - September in the field. He's better than ever now and I would love to event him this season.
