Anyone know of any? I've been through loads, hunters aren't the same as they used to be, joules aren't as tough as they look! Gone for the cheaper option, very pretty lasted a week before they split. I'm not worried about the cost ( mind don't want to spend hundreds ) I just want a pair of wellies that are comfy and keep my feet dry, I'm beginning to think they don't exist lol! I'll be honest I'm in Wellies more than I'm in any other footwear but not enjoying that cold wet feeling every time I step off the yard Any recommendations??

The best I've had are hunter balmoral, I tend to buy a pair every couple of years but I do drive in them and don't look after them properly. I have promised myself not to drive in them and see if they last longer. They're about £90 a pair but can get cheaper on eBay

I had a pair of muck boots which lasted four years, I now have a pair of the tyne muckboots for riding in and LOVE them! One pair of thin and a pair of thick socks and my feet are boiling, I just hose them off when I get home and they look as good as new

I have a pair of muckboots. They have now split after 4 years off hard graft. I love them BUT I find them very slippy not very good grip if the ground is slippy. They are warm I only wear normal socks and my feet are never cold. Will prob have another pair even with the slippy problem.

Another vote for muck boots! Mine are in their 3rd year and still going strong! They're a bit ugly but warm, dry and comfy!

Hunters are now made in China apparently not handmade in England anymore so hence why they don't last! I have a pair of aigle neoprene lined wellies which are fab and are lasting really well and keep my feet warm as toast!

I've got a pair of town and country wellies. I've had them for about 4months now. And are still brilliant, I paid £35 for mine, and the best money Iv ever spent. Even better than Dublin river boots, where were £100 A time!!!! And last about 6 months!!!

Exmoorowner, they have changed the sole and added a heel on muck boots now so they aren't sloppy like they used to be. I live my muck boots!!
