Im Going to have a rant after being nearly wiped out yet again today Drivers who cruise down the slip road onto the motorway / dual carriageway with no regard for the traffic already on the main carriageway. GARGH!!!! Read the sodding Highway Code - it says that you adjust your speed to slot into the traffic, without affecting the speed of the traffic already on the carriageway. NOT drive down the slip road, expect other road users to move out of your way and then glare at them when they don't, or cause them the slam on their brakes as there is traffic in the outside lane and nowhere for them to go. Grrrrrrrrr I feel better now

Know where you are coming from as use motorway every day for work.
My other bug bear is those that slow down on the slip road so enter the motorway way below the speed of the other cars causing everyone to brake.
Other day at island over motorway idiot in a large black audi almost took my back off because he did not want to slow down or be at the back of a queue at traffic lights so pulled into the next lane but then pushed his way over - so aggressive he pushed a white transit van into the wrong lane. Took a dislike to white transit van because he was slow off next set of lights so when he went on to A45 idiot audi roared past transit then cut him up slammed his brakes on then exited as he wanted to go in a different direction but just thought he would try and cause an accident on his way grrr :-( - complete idiot and he looked middle aged so not even a boy racer!

Being in the wrong lane going round a roundabout, wrong lane in general just to shoot past stationary cars and cut in at the front, overtaking in a ridiculous place where it is unsafe, stopping in yellow box junctions thus stopping traffic in all directions, s*** parking - there are 2 lines and your car must be IN BETWEEN them, not over them!! Parking at a stupid angle, leaving a daft gap between cars when parallel parked, so that only 3-4 cars can park in a place designed for 5-6. Using mobile phone when driving, having fog lights on all the time instead of actual headlights. Buses, HGVs, caravans, elderly people who have poor eyesight.
I have covered around half of my driving bug bears! I encountered all of them at some point on my travels today..... ARGH!!!

I saw a stupid bloke in a mini the other day driving down a dual carriage way obviously had an argument with a guy in a lorry as he went racing past it then kept slamming his brakes on and swerving in front of it nearly causing the lorry to jackknife. Total idiot, wish I'd of been able to get his number plate.

I live just off the main A58 road into Wigan and its rather narrow in places. There is also a HGV training school just down the road too, so we get ALL SORTS of crappy HGV driving through our little town-ette. I witnessed one large tipper truck overshoot a pedestrian crossing on a red light, because he was driving his enormous truck too fast and braked too late. Blooming good job it wasn't 08:45 because there are normally lots of Mums, kiddies, buggies etc on that crossing......

As they say, its not you who you need to worry about on the road but every other driver
