anyone else having bother?
Strange went to do it last night got waylaid, i can log on ok but when i hit renew it says
"We're sorry. We cannot currently process this membership transaction online. Please contact the NPS office to discuss your requirements"
never had bother before but always done it mid jan.

they are in the process of moving etc and phone lines are closed until 6th of Feb i believe but they are answering emails, hope this helps

I managed to renew online on Monday. It told me I would receive a conformation via email, but not received one!! Money has gone out my Paypal account though, so assume its all ok.

phoned them this morning paid over the phone the online system shut off yesterday due them moving, lovely lady on the phone really feel for her being made redundant.

I ran and ran today to try and confirm that my membership had gone through ok, as not had a email from them. I just kept getting a recorded message. I always have so much trouble getting hold of the NPS. I hate dealing with them.

We were told to phone today,got answer phone which told me they were busy and told me to e-mail them which I did no reply yet ,one thing I will not be paying an extra £10.00 rejoining fee!

I renewed on line too but I suspect it will be some time before they confirm, if at all,

I renewed online last week, and had the voting papers and review through on I think Monday - I obviously just made it!
