Hi all hgs i had my mare served last year she foals in 6 wks i have been asking for papper work the nice way but without it wont beable to reg my foal. Does anyone know how i stand legally.

Do you belong to any organisation eg BHS that does a legal helpline? Someone like that would be the one to ask.

If u are member if a union usually they will offer u free legal advice.
Otherwise put it in writing to the stud and if no response within 14 day send another with copy of original letter saying you are seeking legal advice.
It's unusual as a reputable breeder would send as a matter if course

What is the problem with the stud? did you receive a covering certificate when you paid your bill,I must admit I do not give a covering certificate until I have been paid in full,which I think most studs do,however I do think it is a shame if you cannot register your foal,what type of foal have you bred,you could get in touch with the breed society and ask them for help.
Good luck in getting this matter sorted out.

Hi my mare was put to rp pba stallion it belongs to a so call friend who was going to show mare for me this season but we had deagrement and now cant get service cerif.

Is the stallion registered with the NPS and AHS if he is contact both societies and ask their advice as soon as possible.
If you have paid your stud fee and keep you are entitled to your covering certificate.
