Attached is a picture of my son holding his new cousin, Alice. She is now a week old, born 5 weeks early due to Mum having pre eclampsia. She was 4lb 10oz at birth, and actually quite healthy other than a little jaundiced. She spent 5 days on neonatal care but came home on Monday and is quite strong and very very hungry! She is SO tiny, like a little doll, but she is so cute and my son was most impressed with her! He is going to teach her to ride, play guitar and to make and paint models!

I'm hoping the experience changes his attitude on having a baby brother/sister! He firmly said he wouldn't like one, because they make too much noise, but now he's decided differently!!
