we have just bought grey dartmoor part bred which is registered with dartmoor pony society height 125cm. my daughter is 7 and just off the lr pony is well schooled and could do county level showing but im not sure about what classes we could enter- ?shp first ridden any advice on puk, bsps, nps also would be great would love to have a go at county showing buit not experieced with this so need lots of advice!!

put up a photo so we can see the type, there used to be part bred classes but I have not seen any

With my part-bred Darty I did SHP, any part-bred M&M classes (with her turned out as a SHP) and part-bred Dartmoor classes at the Dartmoor breed shows. What type is he/she? If appropriate I would turn him/ her out as a show hunter. I have attached a pic of Cayberry Poppy Day that we bred from my pb Dartmoor. Poppy is owned by Sarah Weston (I can't take credit for the turnout!), she has done very well in the show ring.  Good Luck  |
