Has any one used these? I think it seems a brilliant idea & have seen some saddles that I am interested in, however there is only ever a answer machine on, I have left a message but no one returned my call, also have emailed them but no reply.
Would be keen to hear some feedback

I contacted them about selling my saddle but same as you just wasn't sure? Didn't fancy sending a brand new saddle to them for valuation? Couldn't understand why they can't value a brand new unused saddle with full sizes, pics and make etc over email ? And then if I sent it and wasn't happy with valuation I could have it returned at my cost? Hmmm I didn't bother! Would like to know what experiences people have had?

Try their FB page? I left a message and they did get back to me the next day - but the saddle I was after was already sold, so have no experience of buying or selling to them?

I've used them twice, First about 4 yrs ago then again, last march when got a fylde ray off them, I sold a black country nearly new and didn't really get what I wanted for it but tried privately and it didn't shift so I let it go.. But I got a immaculate ray at a good price and sold it on for more,as pony needed a slightly smaller one in end. I've had good service both times and would recommend them, however I do live pretty locally and went to the shop, I know both times Ive been there, they seemed really busy maybe try just as they open.

I have used them previously, tried several saddles although I can remember if I actually bought in the end. But I had several saddles on trial, very easy, they sent them and I tried and returned what didn't fit.

I've recently been to their shop and they were very knowledgable and helpful, i bought a saddle and part ex'd another which they gave me a good price for and that i couldn't sellprivately for a lot less, i would definately use them again but like another poster said they were very busy whilst i was there.

I used them a few years ago, px'd my Stubben for a Prestige. They were brilliant, and communication was easy, but sounds like it may have changed!

I have used them and been very happy - they sent me 3 to try, then I sent the 2 I didn't want back with one I wanted to sell and they gave me a really good deal. It's worth phoning as I don't think Sarah always checks the website messages. Very pleasant and helpful to deal with.
