Okay, so I just really need to get this off my chest.
So, my sister is usually lovely. She is 10 in 3 days and my mum is trying to make her birthday weekend lovely. She has booked for my sister - let's call her Mrs. Moody for the sakes of this argument - to go GoKarting which she has always wanted to do, but we can't go until 5:30 and she is in a MASSIVE mardy because she's 'bored'. This is getting my mum upset because she now thinks that she is a 'rubbish parent' and all she wanted to do was make the weekend fun for her, and she is completely throwing it back in my mum's face. UGH! I keep telling her to snap out of it but she just stormed off to her room.
My mum then asked if she would like to bake a cake, and my sister just shrugged. So my mum, being the loving person that she is, desperately tried to make her sit down and chose a recipe with her, but Mrs. Moody was having none of it and now my mum is angry and I'm just sat her like 'nothing to do here...'. So, I put some music on and start singing 'Don't worry, be happy, drink pepsi, be sexy!' to try and lighten the mood, but my sister just gave me a death look.
I then did her make-up to try and cheer her up, which it did for about 5 minutes.
She won't even give my mum a hug.
UGH! I don't even know what to do anymore.

I just had a go at my sister and defended my mum and now she is crying her eyes out. Maybe she will now have realised, I was just SPEAKING MY MIND!
