Sounds like a pain trigger to me, talk to your Vet.

I'd get another vet out to have a look. Vets are often very wrong in my experience. Wouldn't hurt. Sounds very strange. Did they have a look in her blue eye? You didn't say if you had had saddle looked at ?

Check you are not holding her tighter on one rein than the other - it is quite surprising the amount of problems that arise from from having a heavier contact on one rein than the other. If she is going right, give with you right hand A LOT and kick with your left leg as this is the inside leg which will get her going forward. But agree with everyone elses advice as well

In your third comment down you say "Vet didn't check eyes as we couldn't understand how it could go away then appear again all of a sudden". What do you mean by this? What went away and come back again? Something in her eye colouring?

Without wishing to alarm you it sounds like this pony has had a previous bleed on the brain, try to find out if she has suffered a hit to the head prior to you having her. I cannot believe a Vet failed to check the eyes on a pony he/ she was vetting for sale, very poor!

I meant that she was good at the start then got bad so that's how we didn't think It was something wrong with her eye sight as it couldn't just go and appear again and only in canter. Never suffered any hit to the head at old home, but as I mentioned no knowledge of past before that. And nope no other symptoms.

Have you had her teeth checked? In view of the fact that changing her bit makes her worse I would think that is where your problem lies. TBH teeth and back would be more important to me than the colour of her eyes which is just pigmentation and should, in itself not affect her behaviour.

Agree with above, it sounds like a pain thing she is running from, get her back checked, maybe put her on the lunge and see if you can notice any unlevelness, your vet should be able to put you in touch with a good practitioner, good look...

Kayjayem, I was thinking moon blindness. Our coloured cob suffers from it and it can cause a lot of pain if not managed correctly. In the OP 3rd post saying something went away and then came back, I wondered if she meant in the horses eye. Think I'm reading it correctly now to mean in the horses behaviour not his eye. I would be calling another vet out though if it were me and I were that concern that I'm asking for urgent help from people.

Perhaps a vet eye specialist?

Thanks for the help, I have had a few vets out, it's not a pain trigger and nothing wrong with her eyes or back, think it could be just lack in confidence but thanks anyway.
