The schedules are expected back in the office on Tuesday/Wednesday and will then start to be sent out. As soon as they are available we will accept entries and stable bookings. Please note - this year we are requesting that all stable bookings are accompanied by at least one entry per stable booked. This is only to prevent exhibitors booking stables early and then forgetting to send their entries in!!! We had this happen on several occasions last year and had to disappoint these exhibitors as they had no horses booked in with us!!! Entries can be changed if required at any stage up to the close of entries (18th July)

Yes - schedules will be sent out to all 2012 exhibitors.

Yes - we will put the schedule and entry forms on line but we are going to,send out the schedules to past exhibitors first. Hopefully we will have everything on line by e end of next week if the schedules arrive on time!
