This show is affiliated to the British Show Pony Society (BSPS) and all persons entering, competing, showing or otherwise taking part in BSPS classes, whether or not members of the BSPS are subject to the rules of the BSPS, including the disciplinary procedures, and shall be deemed to

This show is a qualifier for the BSPS Classic Security (UK) Ltd. Challenge. The 1st and 2nd placed in classes 22-26, 29-32 and 1st 2nd and 3rd placed in classes 27 and 28 will qualify.
This show is a qualifier for the BSPS Champion of Champions, the Champion Mini Show Pony, Champion Show Pony and Champion Open SHP will qualify.
This show is a qualifier for the BSPS Premier League: The 1st 2nd 3rd, 133cms, 143cms and 153cms Show Hunter Pony and Intermediate Show Riding Type and Show Hunter Classes.
This Show is a qualifier for the BSPS Black Country Saddles Best Rider of the Year: The best rider in the Open Lead Rein, First Ridden, 128cms, 138cms and 148cms Show Pony and the 122cms, 133cms, 143cms and 153cms SHP, Intermediate Show Riding Type and Show Hunter will receive a card in the ring and qualify for the final at the BSPS Summer Championships Show.
This show is a qualifier for the 2013 BSPS Championships Show. The 1st and 2nd prize-winners only in the following classes, 22-33 will qualify. _______________________________________________________________________________________________________
Classes 10 – 12 are affiliated to the Irish Draught Horse Society (GB) and only horses registered with IDHS(GB) in the correct ownership are eligible for entry. Registration numbers to be quoted on the entry form and entries will be sent to the IDHS(GB) to confirm eligibility.
This show is a qualifier for the Blue Chip & IDHS (GB) £2000 Challenge. The highest placed horse (not already qualified) in each of classes 10 and 11 and the highest placed Irish Draught and Irish Draught Sport Horse (not already qualified) in class 12 will qualify for the final of the Blue Chip & IDHS (GB) £2000 Challenge to be held at the IDHS (GB) Breed Show on 31st August and 1st September 2013 at Lincolnshire Showground. NB. A horse may only qualify for the final once, regardless of the number or type of classes won, placed in or entered. Each qualifier will receive a card and a £10 voucher from Blue Chip. Qualifiers are required to complete an online form at www idhsgb.com to inform the IDHS(GB) that they have qualified for the final. Following submission of the form, a qualifier’s pack sent out direct will to the qualifier. In the final, the Champion will be awarded £1,000 prize money, a Trophy and a Blue Chip Rug. The Reserve Champion will be awarded £500 and 3rd to 7th inclusive will be awarded £100 each . In addition, the highest placed pure bred will receive a Trophy and £100 and the highest placed 158cm (15.2) and under will receive a Trophy and £50.
The Irish Draught Horse Society (GB) will be award Special Incentive Cards to the highest placed Irish Draught Pure Bred or Irish Draught Sport Horse in classes 13 – 19 inclusive. To be eligible, exhibits must be registered with or overstamped by the IDHS(GB) on either their Irish Draught Breed Registers or Irish Draught Sport Horse Registers. Registration numbers must be stated on the entry form.

This show is a qualifier for the NCPA Pony of The Year. And the part bred Welsh ridden championships to be held in conjunction with the Pony of the Year Show in 8th September 2013 at Rodbaston College. 1st 2nd and 3rd placed in appropriate classes will qualify and the highest placed not qualified in the first six in appropriate classes.
An NCPA Star Rosette will be awarded in classes 22,23,40,41 and 50. Exhibitors must enter the ring wearing their NCPA badge and present their current membership card to the judge. Blue armband to be worn.
An NCPA Registered Rosette will be awarded to the highest placed NCPA registered pony in classes 1,42,43,47and 49. It is a condition of entry that the pony’ NCPA registered number be quoted on the entry form and pink cards must be produced in the ring. Red armband to be worn.

This show is a qualifier for the 2013 P(UK) Summer Championship Show. The 1st 2nd and 3rd placed in each qualifying class will qualify. Competitors in qualifying positions who are not current P (UK) members are allowed 14 days in which to become members and register their horses/ponies in order for the qualification to remain valid. No qualification cards will be presented in the ring.

This show is a affiliated to The Coloured Horse and Pony Society (UK). Both the owner and rider/exhibitor need not be a member of CHAPS (UK) nor must the horse/pony be registered with CHAPS (UK) to compete. Classes 1-5 inclusive are CHAPS (UK) qualifiers. All stallions entering these classes must be graded or valid first stage approved with CHAPS (UK).
This show is affiliated to Equifest, taking place at The East of England Showground in August 2013. The two highest placed exhibits not already qualified in each affiliated class will qualify.
SHOW RULES.
It is a condition of entry that Exhibitors agree to be bound by the rules hereunder;
1 The organising committee accept no responsibility whatsoever for any loss, injury or damage to any person or their property whilst on the showground, car parks or approaches.
2 The organising committee reserves the right the right to refuse any entry without assigning a reason and will not tolerate bad behaviour of any kind.
3 Entry fees will not be refunded, and it is the responsibility of the exhibitor to ensure that their entry is correct, eligible and that they are available for their class, unless a veterinary certificate is produced.
4 In the event of the show being cancelled, refunds will be made less an administration fee of £2.00 per entry.
5 Exhibitors must take into consideration any classes that may clash. If this occurs, they must nominate which class they wish to compete in.
6 No nomination or substitute entries will be accepted.
7 The Judges decision is final. Any objection must be made in writing with a deposit of £30.00 in cash. (to be forfeited if the objection is over-ruled) within 30 minutes of the class taking place.
8 Entries for affiliated classes will also be bound by the rules and conditions in force at the time of showing, applicable to the association and the class in which they are exhibiting. It is deemed by the organising committee that exhibitors are conversant with all such rules, conditions and directives.
9 Horses/Ponies which have been bred, leased or produced by the Judge, his/her immediate family or employer are not eligible for that class.
10 The organising committee reserves the right to amalgamate, or split classes and/or alter the running order of classes.
11 The organising committee reserve the right to substitute other Judges for those announced in the schedule for any who may be unavoidably prevented from attending. All entries are accepted on this understanding and no refund of entry fees can be made where a substitute is necessary.
12 Exhibitors must enter the ring wearing the back number allocated for that class.
13 A correctly fitted chinstrap must be worn by all exhibitors and riders whilst mounted. Correctly secured British Standard Scull Caps/ Riding Hats nos. EN1384, PAS015 or PAS accredited must be worn, unless competing under the rules of a governing society for a particular class.
14 Any Horse/Pony which is not under complete control of a competent rider/handler or which in any way constitutes a danger will be asked to leave the showground.
15 All Stallions and Colts MUST be adequately bitted, and must wear a red, white and blue ribbon in their tails.
16 Foals must be at least 3 weeks old on the day of the show.
17 The organising committee reserves the right to expel any animal from the ring, which in their opinion is deemed not to be fit, or under sufficient control.
18 Anyone found mistreating a horse or pony may be asked to leave the showground and reported to the appropriate body.
19 Show canes or whips must not exceed 75cms/30ins. In length.
20 There is to be no lunging in collecting rings or working in areas.
21 Horses/Ponies must leave the rings at a walk, and not block entrances or exits to any ring.
22 Mountain and Moorland Ponies must be shown in accordance with the appropriate pertaining Breed Society Rules.
23 Exhibitors must provide proof of registration on request.
24 Any perpetual trophies must be returned to returned to the organising committee on request at least 6 weeks prior to the 2012 Open Summer Show either by hand or by registered post. Any lost trophies are to be paid for at their replacement value.
25 Any dogs on the showground/box-park must be kept on a lead and on a lead at all times.
26 The Showground is grazing land so please take all litter home with you.
27 No Mucking out of Horseboxes or Trailers is to be undertaken anywhere on the site.
28 Neat Dress while in the Judging rings is mandatory.
29 The use of mobile telephones in judging rings is prohibited.
30 Any Exhibitor not complying with any of these rules of The Show can be disqualified.
All equine passports must accompany all horses/ponies whilst being transported.
This Show operates under the NCPA Child and Vulnerable Adults protection policy.

Classes 10 – 12 are affiliated to the Irish Draught Horse Society (GB) and only horses registered with IDHS(GB) in the correct ownership are eligible for entry. Registration numbers to be quoted on the entry form and entries will be sent to the IDHS(GB) to confirm eligibility.
This show is a qualifier for the Blue Chip & IDHS (GB) £2000 Challenge. The highest placed horse (not already qualified) in each of classes 10 and 11 and the highest placed Irish Draught and Irish Draught Sport Horse (not already qualified) in class 12 will qualify for the final of the Blue Chip & IDHS (GB) £2000 Challenge to be held at the IDHS (GB) Breed Show on 31st August and 1st September 2013 at Lincolnshire Showground. NB. A horse may only qualify for the final once, regardless of the number or type of classes won, placed in or entered. Each qualifier will receive a card and a £10 voucher from Blue Chip. Qualifiers are required to complete an online form at www idhsgb.com to inform the IDHS(GB) that they have qualified for the final. Following submission of the form, a qualifier’s pack sent out direct will to the qualifier. In the final, the Champion will be awarded £1,000 prize money, a Trophy and a Blue Chip Rug. The Reserve Champion will be awarded £500 and 3rd to 7th inclusive will be awarded £100 each . In addition, the highest placed pure bred will receive a Trophy and £100 and the highest placed 158cm (15.2) and under will receive a Trophy and £50.
The Irish Draught Horse Society (GB) will be award Special Incentive Cards to the highest placed Irish Draught Pure Bred or Irish Draught Sport Horse in classes 13 – 19 inclusive. To be eligible, exhibits must be registered with or overstamped by the IDHS(GB) on either their Irish Draught Breed Registers or Irish Draught Sport Horse Registers. Registration numbers must be stated on the entry form.

This show is a qualifier for the NCPA Pony of The Year. And the part bred Welsh ridden championships to be held in conjunction with the Pony of the Year Show in 8th September 2013 at Rodbaston College. 1st 2nd and 3rd placed in appropriate classes will qualify and the highest placed not qualified in the first six in appropriate classes.
An NCPA Star Rosette will be awarded in classes 22,23,40,41 and 50. Exhibitors must enter the ring wearing their NCPA badge and present their current membership card to the judge. Blue armband to be worn.
An NCPA Registered Rosette will be awarded to the highest placed NCPA registered pony in classes 1,42,43,47and 49. It is a condition of entry that the pony’ NCPA registered number be quoted on the entry form and pink cards must be produced in the ring. Red armband to be worn.

This show is a qualifier for the 2013 P(UK) Summer Championship Show. The 1st 2nd and 3rd placed in each qualifying class will qualify. Competitors in qualifying positions who are not current P (UK) members are allowed 14 days in which to become members and register their horses/ponies in order for the qualification to remain valid. No qualification cards will be presented in the ring.

This show is a affiliated to The Coloured Horse and Pony Society (UK). Both the owner and rider/exhibitor need not be a member of CHAPS (UK) nor must the horse/pony be registered with CHAPS (UK) to compete. Classes 1-5 inclusive are CHAPS (UK) qualifiers. All stallions entering these classes must be graded or valid first stage approved with CHAPS (UK).
This show is affiliated to Equifest, taking place at The East of England Showground in August 2013. The two highest placed exhibits not already qualified in each affiliated class will qualify.
SHOW RULES.
It is a condition of entry that Exhibitors agree to be bound by the rules hereunder;
1 The organising committee accept no responsibility whatsoever for any loss, injury or damage to any person or their property whilst on the showground, car parks or approaches.
2 The organising committee reserves the right the right to refuse any entry without assigning a reason and will not tolerate bad behaviour of any kind.
3 Entry fees will not be refunded, and it is the responsibility of the exhibitor to ensure that their entry is correct, eligible and that they are available for their class, unless a veterinary certificate is produced.
4 In the event of the show being cancelled, refunds will be made less an administration fee of £2.00 per entry.
5 Exhibitors must take into consideration any classes that may clash. If this occurs, they must nominate which class they wish to compete in.
6 No nomination or substitute entries will be accepted.
7 The Judges decision is final. Any objection must be made in writing with a deposit of £30.00 in cash. (to be forfeited if the objection is over-ruled) within 30 minutes of the class taking place.
8 Entries for affiliated classes will also be bound by the rules and conditions in force at the time of showing, applicable to the association and the class in which they are exhibiting. It is deemed by the organising committee that exhibitors are conversant with all such rules, conditions and directives.
9 Horses/Ponies which have been bred, leased or produced by the Judge, his/her immediate family or employer are not eligible for that class.
10 The organising committee reserves the right to amalgamate, or split classes and/or alter the running order of classes.
11 The organising committee reserve the right to substitute other Judges for those announced in the schedule for any who may be unavoidably prevented from attending. All entries are accepted on this understanding and no refund of entry fees can be made where a substitute is necessary.
12 Exhibitors must enter the ring wearing the back number allocated for that class.
13 A correctly fitted chinstrap must be worn by all exhibitors and riders whilst mounted. Correctly secured British Standard Scull Caps/ Riding Hats nos. EN1384, PAS015 or PAS accredited must be worn, unless competing under the rules of a governing society for a particular class.
14 Any Horse/Pony which is not under complete control of a competent rider/handler or which in any way constitutes a danger will be asked to leave the showground.
15 All Stallions and Colts MUST be adequately bitted, and must wear a red, white and blue ribbon in their tails.
16 Foals must be at least 3 weeks old on the day of the show.
17 The organising committee reserves the right to expel any animal from the ring, which in their opinion is deemed not to be fit, or under sufficient control.
18 Anyone found mistreating a horse or pony may be asked to leave the showground and reported to the appropriate body.
19 Show canes or whips must not exceed 75cms/30ins. In length.
20 There is to be no lunging in collecting rings or working in areas.
21 Horses/Ponies must leave the rings at a walk, and not block entrances or exits to any ring.
22 Mountain and Moorland Ponies must be shown in accordance with the appropriate pertaining Breed Society Rules.
23 Exhibitors must provide proof of registration on request.
24 Any perpetual trophies must be returned to returned to the organising committee on request at least 6 weeks prior to the 2012 Open Summer Show either by hand or by registered post. Any lost trophies are to be paid for at their replacement value.
25 Any dogs on the showground/box-park must be kept on a lead and on a lead at all times.
26 The Showground is grazing land so please take all litter home with you.
27 No Mucking out of Horseboxes or Trailers is to be undertaken anywhere on the site.
28 Neat Dress while in the Judging rings is mandatory.
29 The use of mobile telephones in judging rings is prohibited.
30 Any Exhibitor not complying with any of these rules of The Show can be disqualified.
All equine passports must accompany all horses/ponies whilst being transported.
