I know some of you have mentioned using this product and I was wondering if I could have your advice. I have a TB ex-racer who is currently fed Topspec comprehensive balancer, TS calm and condition cubes and Alpha-oil. He's been on it about 4 months now and looks the best he ever has. I took him to a show yesterday tho and the judge said he needed MUCH more condition.
They suggested perhaps feeding TS and Bluechip together. Does anyone else do this?
But I have heard good things about Sumo. Has anyone found this has a heating effect on their brains?! Mine is generally OK, but not reliable and can have a bit of a hot head at times which I'd rather not encourage!

Hiya Have you tried Molichop Bloom? I know it is a completely different product but it is fabulous! Dont know if you have seen the adverts for it - there is one in the most recent edition of showing world, that is my old horse we won a competition to be featured on the ad campaign! When I got him he was 17hh and literally skin and bone he literally bloomed on that - its a great chaff, has a feed balancer in it and biotin etc for the feet. Bearing in mind the horse in the advert was 17hh full irish draught, I only fed him a big scoop morning and night with baileys top line and sugar beet and voila he looked fab and grew 3 bloody inches!!! He was only 3! Good luck!

we use Sumo and have never had any bad experiences with it, the only thing that I would say is that it has a strong smell and some of our horses will not touch it, but it does do as it says on the bag, and we have had good results on the ones that have it.
