what colour accessories??

Here is my little one modelling her new hat and jacket.

We need ties/shirts/bows but struggling to find orange :-0 and wondered if there are any more creative suggestions ?? Been thinking yellow or gold? But would appreciate ideas :-) her ponies are grey and bright bay x

I'd advise that you start with the tie, and go from there. Would she get away with an adult sized tie or would it have to be a child sized one? There's obviously less choice in the child sized ones. Once you've found the tie that suits it's easier to then fit everything else around that.

I have some nice plain ties in at the moment, but they are adult sized ones:



I'd be able to match ribbons up to a tie but it's more difficult to do the other way round if you know what I mean.

The gold looks lovely! Not sure about size of tie but sure that an adults would be fine :-) its been a real headache! Plus bought myself a jacket to match in a size 18 I'm a 10 lol thinking I could take it in but turns out its impossible :-0 honestly I have some stupid ideas on times lol!!!! Tho I have a plain brown jacket that I thought of trimming with this tweed !

Thanks shellie :-) mainly m&m classes tho her bay pony will prob do some local shp . Was struggling to find a suitable outfit but decided togo for this as colour suits me and little one, but had lots if comments about it being drab so wanted to try and lift it a little :-) orange is very hard to find :-( x

See I have been looking on there but not really found anything suitable "( perhaps I am over thinking it ?? Going to wear a dark brown skirt and brown hat ( not sure of style yet) x

Definitely look on Ebay - they have kids' plain coloured ties in every colour under the sun for very little money. Then go to a local haberdashery (or department store/Hobbycraft) and buy plain ribbon - no need to pay the earth for ties and bows and you'll get whatever colour you want. Ponies and little girl look so cute - best of luck!

Thanks guys :-) looked on eBay found plain bright orange ties for 1.99 :-0 also bought a trilby hat and brown leather gloves for 15.00 all I need now is a jacket that fits lol !! How to shrink a size 18 jacket to fit a size 10 eeeek x
