Hi my 13yr old daughter is going to be showing our full up sec c this year. What boots should she wear brown joddys or long black? she will ne doing a full mix of classes x x

As she is under 16 I think it is, wearing brown jodhpur boots is more correct.

Under 16's should wear short boots, however I wore long boots before I was 16 as my legs are quite long and so looked utterly ridiculous in short boots on my fell pony.

Whichever looks best! You see jockeys in short and long riding Cs, so either can be correct.
I will be making a similar decision if we show our C this year (although we probably won't) but my daughter is only 9 and the pony a small 13hh I think we would stick with short boots. Might go the other way when our bigger youngster is ready to go out under saddle, next year or the year after.
