Brogini, Sergio Grasso, sarm hippique. I know they're expensive but you can often find a pair in really good conidtion on ebay, and it means you dont have to 'wear them in'

Anything without dressage cut tops to them...
Regent come up as seconds and 2ndhand on ebay - can't remember which ones are the better ones - if you google regent boots/footwear you'll find their website & prices & that will tell you the better boot in a traditional top - the leather is much nicer in the more expensive boot. The Regent are hard to wear initially though.
My good boots are well past their first flush of youth and need rebuilding or replacing (the leather on the inside of the leg is actually wearing through now) but I'm loathe to replace them - over 30 years of polishing them means they take very little to get a good shine on but they only come out on special occasions these days!
