Well this year it's just me and my husband going, we are usually in a big group of at least 20 or so, it's not gonna be the same without em all :-(
I know it's a lot of money, but I'm gutted we are not gonna have all our friends round us, so it's really bitter sweet this year...
Lots of people in this situation financially... It's really sad... It's getting more expensive every year... Oh well, I'm sure we will be a great Equifest..

Im going on my own this year again (taking a pony obviously) but we wil be even worse off than you hun, However last year was fab people really friendly and so by the end we had met loads of lovely new people :0)

I'm in blue too will be on my own also, probably will be quite tipsy most of the time because I've never shown before and will need something to calm my nerves lol I'm in a burgundy and cream lorry with a personal reg so seek me out too xxxxxxxx

We must all meet up at least one night for a BBQ and a glass of something! I found myself falling into my bed at some ridiculously early hour last year as I was sooooo knackered - my 12 yo son came in after me one night as he was playing with his buddies!
Why don't we meet up on the first night (Tuesday) and then we will have made the connection and gained phone numbers etc for recurring meet up - so long as we are not all asleep by 9pm!
I have a pale blue landrover freelander (hope she is still going by then!) and a very very knackered looking ancient blue rice trailer - well sort of blue - most of the paint is peeling off! Really need to repaint her!
I will be bringing the BBQ to Equifest but it is on wheels if anyone else has a better pitch!!

Yeah, Tuesday night HG meet would be fab.. It's more difficult later on in the week, obviously some people will make it into the evening perfomance so they won't be able to play out...
Hope that works for everyone??
Maybe in the arena entrance, where the desk is??
We could even put a little sign in wagon / car window to let others know your a Horse Gossiper... :-)

Hey - if any of us make it to the evening performance we all have to promise to help them get ready, show support at the ringside, help put to bed and then we can all celebrate - even if they don't get placed!
I'm in blue too - arriving at silly o'clock Tuesday am to nab best spot!
