Advice for first timers please.

We are very excited having recently qualified,I am just wondering about my (elderly)wagon and power supply for our antisipated three day stay,I notice on the Hickstead website that hook up is available on a "First come first served basis" have people previously been able to get this hook up easily or would the advice be to invest/hire a portable generator for the duration.

Hey it's my first time as well and was wondering do you need to pay extra for hook up?
Also any other helpful hints?

Seem to think the price was on one of the entry forms or stabling forms - seem to recall £90 for the week and that you may require a long extension cable.
