12.2 registered Section B, 9 yrs old Bay gelding, I have owned this pony for 3yrs, he has a really bad reputation all over the North West, he can put in a buck and can be sharp, I was sold him as a first ridden for a 7yr old off lead, this is something he isn't, I bought him with a bad back, and Corriine Maxted has sorted this and he has a new saddle and he has been a good boy since, he has given my daughter hours of fun, and introduced her to hunting, at first on the lead from another horse, to on her own, he has also taken her around Craven Cross Country and working hunter and Show jumping, he loves pony club games, I have a 5 yr old daughter who rides him on the lead, he will stand to be brushed for hours, all my girls can catch him from field, load him into trailer or lorry, he will be bathed by them as well, and he is excellent on the roads in all traffic. We have loads of bridle paths near us, and Jess will jump of him, build a load of jumps with twigs, stones etc and get back on and jump them, he will go in front on a hack or behind, she can hold him back as I canter off, and then gallops past me! Joby goes in a copper snaffle but requires something stronger if going hunting/ cross country, I use a kineton noseband. Joby doesn't get het up with hounds etc, but wants to get on with the job, he likes being at the front with the big boys out hunting, and can put in a excited buck, this has taught my daughter to ride well. Unfortunately I have bought a new pony for Jess, and Joby was going to be my 7yr olds pony, but she isn't that bothered, and he is currently turning into a very expensive stable ornament, baby sitting my new pony, and he needs to be doing more as loves work, he is well bred, very pretty, we have done SHP with him, he will be sold with tack and wardrobe, so if there are any good jockeys who want some fun, this pony is for you, £1500 Ono, 07974 925 422
