My Very mischevious rescue dog, Esmee, 3 weeks ago today jumped out of an upstairs window ( was asleep on my bed, I was gardening- and my other dog brought me the ball, I kicked it, esmee heard and jumped out of the window, getting her hind leg caught in a cable leaving her suspended below the hock )
The vets were amazing, and so have 'more than' been- this morning- they have written saying they are paying the full amount claimed direct to my vets.

Made it all much less stressful and I went through quidco, got £75 cashback, so even more value for money. Super company

I have to say I have found pet insurance (PetPlan) to be very good. I have a chronically ill bunny who costs the earth in vets bills and they have never quibbled. He is fine so long as he has his meds and regular check ups/dentals so I am so pleased they are paying out.... I hope your doggy is 100% soon and back on her feet
