I have never thanked the judge when doing my in hand show and I was told about this in my last show. When do I thank them? Before or after or when. We're out showing this Sunday and must remember to thank the judge

I always thank them when they ask me to walk out to stand up and then when I have finished my individual trot. Not everyone does it but I think it's polite

I used to say Good Morning / Afternoon when I first got called out for the individual assessment and then Thank you when asked to walk away and trot back.

Thanks for replying. I will thank her when I go up to do my show. And try to thank her after my trot around. Must not forget as I were pulled up about this last time x

Thanks I will do that too. My girl does really well and so far always been placed. I always say thank you to judge when she hands me rosette. But not any other time. No wonder I was pulled up...quite rude of me really.
