Attachment DeletedMy companion and very much loved and adored Lily needs a new mum and country home. Due to recent personal events I cannot keep my 4 yr old Black & Tan Jack Russell girl, Lily. She has never been away from my side for the last four years. A very clean, well behaved, (though sometimes conveniently deaf)110% house trained, (has a 24 hr bladder, especially when it's raining). Lily is used to sheep, horses and ponies and cats. What she isn't used to and never had to be is, used to other dogs or children. I am looking for a lady, or couple that have their own land, where Lily will be the only dog, where she will always have company, able to go in the car or horsebox, lives in the house, and yes, allowed to sleep in your bed. She only eats cooked cold meats, chicken, beef and ham, occasional fried mince, otherwise she 'picks' at dried food. Never ill or sorry, micro chipped and up to date with her jabs. This is a heart wrenching separation, so please no unsuitable family, town or homes with other dogs need contact me.

What a shame I have a dog just like her and would have had her in a heart beat! I hope you find her the most fantastic home!

She`s lovely! I have two Jack Russells and they are wonderful little dogs! Would you like me to put her on my Facebook page for you as I have a lot of visitors to my page who are animals lovers and I`m sure one of them would be able to give her the home she deserves? It must be awful for you :-( xx

Thank you, that would be very kind. Yes it is awful, but she is used to being a country dog, allowed to come and go, not living in a street with a postage stamp garden.

I still am looking for the ultimate country home for Lily. I start full time work in a week, so it is now an urgent matter. Please spread the word. I am looking for; A country home, with a few acres, Lily is not used to traffic. A Couple, or a single Lady. No children under 16yrs as she has never been around children No other dogs. Lily has only ever been my one and only! Lily gets on with cats, ponies, sheep and even chickens. She has always lived in the house, allowed on sofas, and slept in my bed, so she would have to be allowed to carry on doing so. Lily is happy in the back of an estate or hatchback car, or in a horsebox, she is never car sick and has been all over the UK. She lives on lean cooked chicken and turkey (low fat) and a kibble, nothing else. Lily just wants to be outside wandering around while people are about, and I cannot provide this anymore and she is basically depressed with being in a small house with no freedom. Please pm me if you can offer four year old Lily a home, thank you.

I'm sorry I cannot help but seems like such a sad situation. Have you considered a dog walker or even taking her to work and walkingIn your break? She sounds very attached to you and I'm sure she would adapt to spending the days on her own and keeping you company when you're home! A lot of dogs do. Sure you have probably thought about this just wanted to say don't Give up!! Trial it when you start your job? x
