Just seen on website ring 3 (hoys workers) has a water jump? can anyone tell me how they have a water jump on a surface?has anyone been there recently and seen anything ?

They have built it alongside the arena. parallel with it and is accessed by removing part of the fence.

It is still on a surface, the ground slopes slight down to a depression which holds water then rises again.

Why not look at Derbyshire that has a massive water complex not just a splash!

Most of the show jumping classes have water jumps built on surfaces especially in HOYS qualifiers even though HOYS does not have a water jump.

water complex is fine and so is permanent water features but trays/splashes are not allowed anymore apparently it is a proper water jump that they use for arena xc
