Olympia is not in the Congestion Zone however if you pass over the railway bridge to go stay at the Hilton it's another matter.
The bridge between Olympia and the hotel is the dividing line.
Cheapest bet is to stay in your wagon.

Try taking the A4 up to the M25 ang going this way to the M1. It took us 20 minutes to get from the car park to Heathrow at 5.30. this isn't always the case but this year probably because the kids had broken up it was an easy run.
