Is there any chance of getting section C in hand entry totals for the group rather than each individual class? only judging off last years results there were very few C's, 2 of my classes are both 1.30pm or later so just trying to judge how early to be there for D's if at all possible? if not i'll just be there for 9am, cheers

Is there any chance then of enquiring with the show secretary on whether pre-entry numbers will be provided? Perhaps it may be possible to post them on here?
I am happy to email directly if required. There appears to be many people wanting to know, along with myself. I potentially have a class clash between a ridden class and an inhand class so knowing the entry numbers would be of huge benefit.

aelybryn - numbers entered & numbers forward are not necessarily the same thing, & different judges take longer/shorter to assess classes. However if you have a potential clash, contact both ring stewards in plenty of time, & we will try to accommodate you.

The entry numbers will not be posted anywhere. There are not before times on he timetable and as Janet said, if you are experiencing a potential clash, then please see the stewards and the will turn their hardest to accommodate.

Thank you for the responses. I am completely aware that some of the entries may not turn up on the day. However a general idea would have been useful. I also appreciate that the stewards will try and assist on the day. If it was a case of two in hand classes clashing or two ridden classes clashing then things would have been a bit more straight forward. Unfortunately my pony isn't the kind that takes too kindly to having a saddle and bridle thrown on and rushing straight into a ring. In hindsight (and I am the one to blame)I should have kept to entering one class, but when you are travelling a near 3 hour journey you want to try and make the day a little more worth your while. Its a long way to travel to do one class.

No problem, but please remember they are only approximate!
Just to let everyone know - there will be forms in the secretary's tent to put pictures &/or adverts in the 2014 Yearbook.
If you fill in & pay on show day there is a 20% discount of the standard rates.
2014 is the 50th Golden Anniversary of NCPA (1964 - 2014) & there will be quite a few "special" celebrations starting with an ALL COLOUR yearbook.
So all those with studs, businesses (horsey or otherwise) and all members who want to celebrate their much loved horses & ponies please think about putting an advert in, or a photo in the Prizewinners Gallery. We are quite happy to take cash or cheques for this & copies are posted to ALL 2013 members, advertisers & sponsors FOC in late January or early February.

Good luck to everyone competing tomorrow.
Anyone who hasn't received their back number(s) please make sure you allow enough time to collect them from the secretary's tent & if you have (or think you may have!) a problem with your entries, again allow a little bit of extra time & I am sure we can sort things out.
Anyone who hasn't received their membership pack - there are a few late ones sent on from the Show Secretary & they will be available to collect on the day - again from the Secretary's tent.
Don't forget to have your photos taken & get a discount for booking places in the Yearbook on show day.
And finally - enjoy yourselves!
