Camping at equifest!

I'm supposed to be going up with a friend to equifest and im showing one of her horses, however I'm not sure whether there is going to be room in her car as she taking some others, plus I'm still waiting for some trousers to arrive which I am taking up with me.. I was planning on hopefully going up on the Wednesday but they're going on the Tuesday. Am I still able to walk up with my tent and pitch up next to they're caravan???. We're not taking a car, just being dropped off.. I just need to wait on my trousers arriving, otherwise I'd be going up in her car . If anyone can help, I'd be very grateful!

I think you may need to ring your friend when you arrive for her to come to the gate and verify that you are with her. They are quite tight on who is let in but that is for the safety of all on the showground. Hope you have a great show.

I did that last year although I had my car, I had to park in the car park but was ok to take tent & pitch it, Later in the day I was allowed to move car to the tent, can't remember timings though!
