Anyone else had their entries returned as Equifest cannot accommodate stable booking?
I was extremely upset to find that having entered a week before the close of entries - my entries were returned as my stabling request couldn't be fulfilled.
What I cant understand, is why no one from the office could phone or email me to give me the option of getting up earlier and still entering the classes which incidentally have less than 9 entries!

The Equifest people usually hold a feedback session I beleive so you could ask them through that. You're not the only person I have heard received their entries back also but I imagine the administration of entries and also that Equifest is so popular and stables sell out quickly, meant your entries werent processed immediatly so the entries had closed when they were processed and it would be quite difficult to co-ordinate returning your entries with your previous cheque and then receiving a new cheque for the new amount with your new entries especially if the entries had already closed.
Whe did the entries close as I thought the show had started - have you only just had them returned?

Thanks for that mollymalone. My entries were returned on Friday (Just gone) - this was the first I had heard of them not being accepted. I was expecting a horsebox pass and stable info. The office had closed on Friday when I called - I tried over the weekend too but on Monday morning I was told that the catalogue was complete and they wouldn't accept my entries.
I had sent my stabling/entry form complete with a debit card number.
