Does anyone know if NCPA Shropshire branch is still in existence (read something on Facebook that they may have disbanded?) as the main NCPA website had a possible Autumn/Winter show listed for them but now it has disappeared.

The only information I have to give out at the moment is that there will not be on Autumn Show.
The current committee have unfortunately stepped down and although they called a meeting to ask for more help, no one was able to attend.
When this happened a few years ago, the open meeting held by Main Branch was well supported & the branch continued. The matter is being discussed by the Trustees, with the option of amalgamating Shropshire branch with either Staffordshire or Maelor - obviously current members will be notified of any decisions taken, and would also have the choice of which branch they wished to be members of.
We would also like to hear from any member who would be interested in carrying on the branch without amalgamation.

That's a shame Janet- unfortunately we are not local to any of the option areas to offer help but enjoyed the Shropshire shows.
Hope they manage get it sorted somehow.
