Hi, silly little question but going as a spectator and last time was on site as exhibiting. Setting off from North Lancs and trying to work out how early! We want to get there about 0930/1000. Thanks!

Dont know about HOYS as I go in from the city side (living about 3 miles away)rather than the motorway but for normal events at the NEC traffic can at times be queing on the hard shoulder to get off from about 9. Nothing beats the traffic for the spring fair though thats just pure crazy
I must admit you do notice when HOYS is on the driving at that junction of the motorway is pretty shocking
